A freshness guarantee is the florist's promise to replace or refund a bouquet if the flowers fade faster than the stated number of days, counted from delivery. It is the closest thing in flowers to a reliability claim, so it is worth more than a free card. Appleyard, Blumenshop, Enjoy Flowers and Euroflorist each guarantee 7 days, while Arena Flowers covers 5 days. A brand with no guaranteed days gives you nothing to fall back on, and the claim usually depends on the recipient noting the condition on arrival.
