What is Exchangeable?
In short
Exchangeable means a voucher can be swapped for a different experience instead of being locked to the one you bought.
An exchangeable voucher lets the recipient trade the gift for something else on the same platform, which matters if they already own the experience. Activity Superstore, ATG Tickets, Buyagift and City Game all list their vouchers as exchangeable. byFood is the exception: its vouchers cannot be swapped, so the choice has to be made once and it sticks. If you are unsure who is receiving the gift, exchangeable is the safer pick.
