Who runs it
Papier Limited is the company behind the shop, and it is registered in the United Kingdom. That is the base the whole range runs from. The same shop serves GB, AU and US, so you can order a card, a photo gift or a gift card in more than one country from a single account. The legal entity sits in the United Kingdom, while the store front you order from is the part that follows the country you are in. Worth knowing before you order: the range is a print range. personalized, photo gifts and cards reads as cards, photo gifts, gift cards and personalized items, and there is no food, drink or box category in that list. If you were expecting a hamper of goods, this is a different kind of shop.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of things can I order from Papier?+
The range covers personalized, photo gifts and cards: personalized items, photo gifts, cards and gift cards. In practice that means you can send a card, print a photo onto a gift, or hand over a gift card instead of a wrapped present. There is no food or drink in that list.
Can I add a name or a picture to what I order?+
Yes, personalization is offered, which is the point of the range. It is why a card from here differs from a blank card and why a photo gift works as a present. WristbandExpress.com personalizes too, but it keeps personalized to a single type.
Which countries can Papier ship to?+
The shop serves GB, AU and US, which is a broader reach than a single market. If the recipient is outside your own country, check that their country appears in that list before you pay. The company behind it is registered in the United Kingdom.
Does Papier sell gift boxes as well as cards?+
Not as a category of its own. personalized, photo gifts and cards covers cards, photo gifts, gift cards and personalized items, and a hamper is not among them. CEWE lists gift boxes within gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts, and Bourbon Concierge pairs them with personalized items in gift boxes and personalized.
Is a photo gift or a card the cheaper option?+
A card and a gift card sit lower in the range than most photo gifts, so a small item suits a tighter budget. Photo gifts from personalized, photo gifts and cards tend to cost more because the print run is larger. If the value matters more than the size, a gift card is the cheaper way to send.
Who is behind Papier?+
The shop runs under Papier Limited, registered in the United Kingdom. That is the name on the terms for anyone who needs to know who stands behind an order. It is a print company rather than a marketplace of other sellers.
Can I buy a card and a photo gift from the same order?+
In practice both sit inside personalized, photo gifts and cards, so the range covers each of them. Whether a single checkout takes them together depends on how the shop groups items, and the facts do not settle that. Ordering them as one visit is usually simpler than two.
How does Papier compare with CEWE for the same occasion?+
The two overlap on cards, photo gifts and gift cards, since gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts includes personalized items too. CEWE adds gift boxes, so it goes wider on packaging while personalized, photo gifts and cards stays tighter. For a plain card, either range reaches it.
