Pros and cons
MoreThisWay
Pros
- Prices start at £2.99, one of the lowest entry points in the 90 brands ranked on this measure.
- Shipping costs £0, so the entry price is close to what a basket costs at checkout.
- Personalization is available, so names, messages and photos can go onto a gift before it ships.
Cons
- The range is narrower than CEWE, which lists gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts including photo gifts and gift cards.
- Next day delivery is not universal across the GB market, so a late order may not arrive in time.
- Returns run for 30 days, a short window compared with gift shops that allow longer.
Sugarfina
Pros
- Personalization is a yes, and it is what personalized-gift buyers filter on
- gift boxes, personalized and cards covers gift-boxes, personalized items, cards and gift-cards in a single catalogue
- Support runs on email, phone and help centre, which includes phone and a help centre
Cons
- Shipping costs $12.95 to $29.75, which bites hardest on small gift-card orders
- 0 return days means a wrong box stays with the buyer
- Next day delivery is a no, so a deadline gift will not arrive in time

Questions about each
MoreThisWay
What does the cheapest gift cost and what do I pay on top for delivery?+
Gifts start at £2.99, which is where the card end of the range begins. Delivery is £0, so there is no delivery charge to add at checkout. A one-off purchase means nothing renews and there is no second bill later.
Can I personalize a gift before it is sent?+
Yes. Personalization is offered across the range, so you can add a name, a message or similar detail to a card or a gift box before dispatch. The catalogue covers gift boxes, personalized and cards, and a change of heart after ordering is worth raising quickly, since a printed message cannot be altered once the item is made up.
Sugarfina
How much does shipping cost on a Sugarfina order?+
Shipping is charged at $12.95 to $29.75, and it is a range rather than a flat rate, so the upper figure sits well above the lower one. That charge lands on top of the box price, which matters most on small gift-card orders. Buyers sending further afield should add it to the budget before choosing a gift.
Can I get next day delivery from Sugarfina?+
No. Next day delivery is a no for this brand, so a gift that has to arrive tomorrow cannot be sent in time. Anything with a deadline longer than a working week works fine, provided details are confirmed early. For a rush gift, a seller that does offer next day delivery is the better fit.
