Pros and cons
Druckdichdrauf
Pros
- Placed 25 of 90 brands compared on price from, so the entry figure is genuinely low.
- The range is personalized and photo gifts and personalization is a yes, so the printed detail forms the product rather than an add-on.
- Returns run 14 days, which gives room to check a print before it becomes a keepsake.
Cons
- Next day delivery is a no, so a same-week present needs planning and a buyer with a deadline elsewhere.
- Shipping of €5.99 can outweigh the €4.90 entry price on a small single-item order.
- CEWE lists gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts, so gift boxes, cards and gift cards sit outside this range.
Hallmark
Pros
- Items start at $2.99, which puts Hallmark at position 14 of 90 brands ranked on price from.
- Personalization is offered across cards, gift boxes and personalized, so a name, message or photo can be worked onto most orders.
- Returns run for 90 days, which is a real cushion when a personalized or photo gift arrives with a spelling mistake.
Cons
- Next day delivery is not offered, so a birthday or a flight day gift has to be ordered with the standard shipping window in front of it.
- Delivery is charged separately at $7.99, which is more than the $2.99 starting price, so a small order is mostly delivery.
- Everything runs through US, so the catalogue, the delivery charge and the returns terms are written for a single market.
Who each suits
Druckdichdrauf
Who it suits
- Shoppers who want a printed photo gift rather than a gift box, so CEWE's cards and gift cards are outside the brief.
- People who prefer asking a question to a person, since support runs on email, phone and help centre before a large print is ordered.
- Readers working to a budget on one small gift, where an entry price of €4.90 decides the choice.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who needs a next day delivery, since next day delivery is a no here.
- Gift box, card and gift card shoppers, where CEWE lists gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts.
- Wristband buyers, since WristbandExpress.com works on personalized rather than photo gifts.
Hallmark
Who it suits
- Shoppers in the market Hallmark serves, US, who want a card and a gift together and can plan around standard delivery.
- Buyers of a personalized or photo gift who want a 90 day return window and can reach chat or phone on chat, phone and help centre.
- Gift buyers on a budget who start at $2.99 and add $7.99 for delivery.
Who should look elsewhere
- Jochen Schweizer, when the gift needs to be a box or a gift card and nothing personalized, since its range is gift boxes and gift cards.
- Bourbon Concierge, when gift boxes and personalized pieces matter and a card range is not wanted, since it lists gift boxes and personalized.
- CEWE, for a shopper after the same gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts categories who would rather weigh another seller's delivery speed.

Questions about each
Druckdichdrauf
What does a photo gift cost at Druckdichdrauf?+
Items start at €4.90, which places the entry price under the median of €12.92 for personalized gifts across the site. That is a starting point rather than an average, so a larger print or a fuller set costs more. Worth pairing with the delivery charge before committing.
Is there a delivery charge on top of the item price?+
Yes. Delivery is charged at €5.99 and sits separate from the €4.90 entry price. On a small order the delivery figure can come close to the item itself, so anyone buying a single photo print should budget with both lines together.
Hallmark
How much does the cheapest Hallmark item cost?+
The catalogue starts at $2.99 for a single item. That is an entry point for the smallest thing on the site rather than a typical basket, and heavier products such as gift boxes and photo gifts sit well above it, so a realistic order is costed from the individual item prices.
How much is delivery on top of the item price?+
Delivery is charged at $7.99 and it sits outside the item price. On the cheaper items the delivery charge is larger than the item itself, so the amount at checkout is driven more by getting the parcel to you than by what is inside it.
