Pros and cons
Arena Flowers
Pros
- Subscriptions sit in the range at bouquets, letterbox flowers and plants; Serenata Flowers covers bouquets, letterbox flowers and plants and no subscription line.
- Next day delivery is available with an order cutoff of 9pm, an option shared by 51.3% of brands tracked.
- Support runs on email, chat and phone, and phone alone reaches 62.8% of brands in the group.
Cons
- Same day delivery is not offered, so a last minute letterbox order travels on next day delivery instead.
- The freshness guarantee runs 5 days, while the site median sits at 7.
- Delivery is charged at £4.90 on top of a £28 entry price, so the headline figure is not the delivered total.
Fresh Sends
Pros
- bouquets, letterbox flowers and subscriptions puts a one-off bouquet, a letterbox option and a subscription on a single site.
- Next day delivery is offered, so a gift ordered by 5pm EST can arrive the following day.
- Personalization is offered, so a gift can carry a message for a birthday or a thank you.
Cons
- Same day delivery is not offered, and just 52% of brands on the site can meet a same day deadline.
- The $6.95 delivery fee sits on top of the $43 entry price, so the cheapest bouquet costs more at checkout than it first looks.
- Fresh Sends delivers in a single market, the US, so it is out of reach if you are ordering from another country.

Questions about each
Arena Flowers
How much does a flower order cost at Arena Flowers?+
Prices open at £28 for the lowest priced arrangements, and delivery is a separate £4.90. The entry price ranks 14 of 27 tracked brands, so it is a mid table starting point rather than the cheapest on the board. Add the delivery fee to any budget before comparing with another range.
Does Arena Flowers do same day delivery?+
Same day delivery is not offered. Next day delivery is available, with an order cutoff of 9pm, so an order placed before the cutoff can reach its recipient the following day. Across the brands tracked here, 52% offer same day delivery and 51.3% offer next day, which is why same day shoppers have a shorter list.
Fresh Sends
How much do flowers cost at Fresh Sends?+
Bouquets start at $43, which is the entry price for a one-off gift. A $6.95 delivery fee is charged on top, so the cheapest order costs $43 plus $6.95 once you reach checkout. Fresh Sends delivers in a single market, the US, so there is one price list to plan around.
Does Fresh Sends offer same day delivery?+
Same day delivery is not offered. Next day delivery is available instead, and orders placed by 5pm EST can still make that slot. If a bouquet has to land today, Fresh Sends is not the shop for it, and a florist that advertises same day delivery is the better fit. Leave a day of margin around birthdays and anniversaries.
