What is Bottle guarantee?

A bottle guarantee is a promise from a drinks club to replace or refund a bottle that arrives damaged or that you simply do not like. It is one of the clearest yes or no commitments on a club's terms page, and it matters most if you buy non-alcoholic drinks, where taste is harder to predict. Bright Cellars offers one and will replace or refund a bottle the buyer does not enjoy. Athletic Brewing, Bee d'Vine, Beer52 and Bourbon Concierge do not offer this promise, so a buyer unsure of a drink has no fallback.
