Things Remembered sells personalized gifts and photo gifts from a US base, which makes it a one-stop choice for a message gift or a photo print rather than a specialist in either. A median entry price of €12.92 in the personalized gifts category keeps it within reach of everyday gifting budgets.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Personalization is a yes here, and it is close to standard in this category: 98.8% of brands in the personalized gifts ranking offer it.
- One catalogue covers both sides of the gift market, at personalized and photo gifts, so a photo print and a message gift can be ordered from the same shop.
- The price ladder is wide. Personalized gift entry prices run €0.02 to €59.63, with the mid-range sitting between €3.97 and €23.23.
- Photo gifts sit at the cheaper end of the range. The photo gifts ranking has a median of €4.90 against €12.92 for personalized gifts.
- Support runs on email and phone, and phone support reaches 62.8% of the brands compared here, so a call is a normal part of the service.
Cons
- The shop has a US base, at US, so buyers shipping abroad should expect longer transit and possible duty on the parcel.
- Next day delivery is the exception rather than the rule in photo gifts, at 31.2% against 60% for personalized gifts, so a photo print for a fixed date carries more risk.
- Support runs on email and phone only, while chat sits on 30.7% and a help centre on 89.4% of the brands compared here.
- Photo gift prices top out at €34.20, so a large framed or multi-photo order is a bigger outlay than the photo gifts median of €4.90 would suggest.

Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers who want cards and gift boxes in the same basket: CEWE lists gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts, adding gift boxes, cards and gift cards to its personalized and photo gift range.
- Drink and hamper shoppers: Bourbon Concierge pairs gift boxes and personalized, which points at gift boxes rather than photo prints.
- Buyers after one specific custom product: WristbandExpress.com lists personalized, a narrower range than a mixed gift and photo catalogue.
The company behind it
Things Remembered runs as a US gift shop under 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc., so the storefront belongs to a larger group rather than to a small independent maker. Headquarters sit in the United States, which is where delivery is arranged most easily. Support runs on email and phone, giving buyers an email route and a phone route for questions about a name or message, a photo print or a delivery date. Shoppers outside US should read the shipping terms before ordering, since the shop is set up around domestic delivery.

Can you add a name, message or photo to a gift?+

What kinds of products does the shop sell?+
The range covers personalized and photo gifts, so message gifts and photo gifts sit in the same catalogue. CEWE stretches further with gift boxes, personalized and photo gifts, adding gift boxes, cards and gift cards, while Bourbon Concierge pairs gift boxes and personalized. A buyer who wants a print and a card may need more than one shop.
Where is the company based and who runs it?+
The shop is based in the United States, and the legal entity behind it is 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc.. That matters for shoppers outside the country, since transit time and any duty on the parcel depend on the destination and the shipping terms shown at checkout.

Support runs on email and phone, so a question can go out by email or by phone rather than through a single inbox. Across the brands compared here, 62.8% offer phone support and 89.4% run a help centre, which puts this channel mix in the middle of the field.
How common is next day delivery in this category?+

How many comparable shops are in the price comparison?+
The personalized gifts ranking covers 85 brands and the photo gifts ranking 24, drawn from 312 brands compared on the site. The wider the shelf, the more the median entry price depends on which sellers sit inside that particular ranking.
