Pros and cons

Pros

  • A single account covers meal kit, prepared meals and desserts, so cooking kits, ready meals and desserts all sit under one subscription
  • Shipping is free on the roti kit order, and free delivery on other orders starts at $30
  • Grocery sourcing is listed as organic and local, and the tea range carries organic certification
  • Orders can be skipped at any time, with weekly, fortnightly and monthly to set the pace
  • Personalization is offered on gift boxes alongside next day delivery, so a gift can land on the day it is needed

Cons

  • The mix stops at meal kit, prepared meals and desserts, while Dinnerly lists meal kit, family meals and prepared meals, a longer range of boxes
  • Delivery covers US, CA and IN only, so households outside those markets are not served
  • Free delivery on smaller grocery and tea orders starts at $30, so a basket under that level carries a shipping fee
  • Support runs on email, phone and help centre only, so a shopper who wants live chat has no route listed

  • Cooks who want meal kit, prepared meals and desserts gathered under a single subscription that can be skipped at any time
  • Shoppers sending a personalized gift box that arrives the next day

Who should look elsewhere

  • Shoppers wanting breakfast, diet or family lines, where HelloFresh lists meal kit, family meals and diet meals

The company behind it

Quicklly trades as Quicklly, Inc. and is headquartered in the United States, having been founded in 2020. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so questions can go to the team by email, by phone or through the help centre. A named legal entity in a single country gives customers a party to deal with when an order goes wrong, and a phone line covers the cases where a box has already gone out and timing matters. The help centre takes the routine questions about order status, formats and delivery frequencies, while email suits anything that needs a written record. The phone route matters most for a box already dispatched, since a delivery date cannot be fixed by email.

Frequently asked questions

What does Quicklly deliver?+

Quicklly covers meal kit, prepared meals and desserts, so cooking kits, ready meals and desserts all arrive under the same account. Grocery sourcing is listed as organic and local, and the tea shop carries organic certification in loose leaf and tea bags. Questions on any of those orders run through email, phone and help centre.

Where does Quicklly deliver?+

Quicklly ships to US, CA and IN, and next day delivery is available across that coverage. Subscription orders follow the rhythm set by weekly, fortnightly and monthly, so a household can pick a tighter or looser pace rather than accept a fixed weekly drop. Anyone outside those markets needs another route for Indian grocery ordering.

How much does a Quicklly order cost?+

Gift boxes start at $26.49, and shipping on the roti kit order is free. Across the wider category the median price per serving sits at €7.88, with the middle of the range running €5.25 to €10.51. Quicklly quotes a starting box price rather than a per serving rate, so compare like with like.

Is there a subscription and can I skip deliveries?+

A subscription is available, and orders can be skipped at any time. Frequency runs to weekly, fortnightly and monthly, so a household that cooks Indian food most days can take a tighter rhythm while a lighter household spreads the same order further apart. Nothing forces a fixed weekly box, which suits a variable appetite.

When is delivery free?+

Shipping is free on the roti kit order, and free delivery on other orders starts at $30. Grocery and tea baskets under that level carry a shipping charge instead, so grouping items into a single order is the practical route to paying nothing at checkout.

How do I get help with an order?+

Support runs on email, phone and help centre, giving email, phone and help centre routes. The help centre suits questions about formats, frequencies or an order that needs looking up, while phone suits anything time sensitive about a box already dispatched. Email gives a written record if a delivery goes wrong.

Does Quicklly sell organic tea, and how often does it arrive?+

The tea shop is listed under organic certification, with loose leaf and tea bags available, and orders run to weekly, fortnightly and monthly. The range covers loose-leaf buyers as well as people who want tea bags for speed, and the same frequencies apply as to the grocery side of the shop.

Who runs Quicklly?+

The service is operated by Quicklly, Inc., headquartered in the United States, and founded in 2020. A named legal entity in a single country gives customers a party to deal with when an order goes wrong, and email, phone and help centre is the route to reach it.

Can I send a personalized Quicklly gift box?+

Personalization is offered on the gifting side, and next day delivery is available, so a box can land on the day it is needed. Boxes start at $26.49, and the same US, CA and IN coverage applies as for grocery and kit orders. Gifts for other days can still be ordered on the same account.
