Pros and cons
Flowers & Plants Co.
Pros
- One catalogue covers bouquets, plants and subscriptions, so a plant and a bouquet can come from the same seller.
- Same day delivery is available, and the order cutoff is 6pm.
- Entry price of £29.99 is a visible figure, and delivery is charged at £5.95 to £6.95.
Cons
- The freshness guarantee is 0 days, so flowers that arrive tired carry less cover than elsewhere.
- Delivery is charged at £5.95 to £6.95 on top of the £29.99 entry price.
- The range covers GB, so buyers outside the UK have no market here.
Patch: Plants
Pros
- Plants start at £5, and the shop places 2 of 27 on price from in the comparison.
- A freshness guarantee of 30 days, which holds 2 of 20 on that measure.
- Cheaper than a bouquet: the entry figure of £5 compares with Serenata Flowers and Blumenshop, which also sell bouquets and letterbox flowers.
Cons
- Plants only: the range is plants, so a buyer who wants a bouquet as well has to place a second order with Serenata Flowers or Blumenshop.
- Same day delivery is not offered, so a plant wanted for a particular day cannot be relied on.
- No phone line: support runs on email, chat and help centre only, so a complicated return has to be handled in writing.

Questions about each
Flowers & Plants Co.
What does the first bouquet cost?+
Entry is £29.99, the lowest price on the flower collection. Delivery is charged on top at £5.95 to £6.95, so your real total is higher than the headline figure. Add both together to compare fairly with another seller.
What happens to the price at renewal?+
The entry price of £29.99 is the visible anchor and no separate introductory rate is listed. That means repeat orders are judged against the same figure. Subscriptions appear in bouquets, plants and subscriptions, so check the terms on that page for how regular deliveries are billed.
Patch: Plants
What does a plant cost at Patch: Plants?+
Plants start at £5, the figure shown across the product range. That is the shelf price, so the delivered cost sits above it once £4.90 for delivery is added. Budget the plant price plus delivery rather than the entry figure alone.
Is there a delivery fee on top of the plant?+
Yes. Delivery is £4.90 on an order, charged on top of the plant price, so a small order carries a proportionally large share of it. Since the range begins at £5, a single cheap plant plus delivery can cost noticeably more than the plant price suggests.
