Pros and cons
Blumenshop
Pros
- A 7 day freshness promise gives you a clear figure to hold the shop to.
- A 30 day returns window is a second route when an order disappoints.
- Next day delivery is available, and the order cut-off falls earlier in the Netherlands and Belgium than in Germany.
Cons
- Same day delivery is not offered, so a last-minute order waits for the next delivery run.
- Delivery is charged separately at €5.95, so a small Blumenshop order at €19.95 costs more than the headline.
- Blumenshop delivers to DE, BE and NL only, so anyone outside Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands needs a different shop.
Flowers & Plants Co.
Pros
- One catalogue covers bouquets, plants and subscriptions, so a plant and a bouquet can come from the same seller.
- Same day delivery is available, and the order cutoff is 6pm.
- Entry price of £29.99 is a visible figure, and delivery is charged at £5.95 to £6.95.
Cons
- The freshness guarantee is 0 days, so flowers that arrive tired carry less cover than elsewhere.
- Delivery is charged at £5.95 to £6.95 on top of the £29.99 entry price.
- The range covers GB, so buyers outside the UK have no market here.

Questions about each
Blumenshop
How much do bouquets cost at Blumenshop?+
Bouquets start at €19.95, and that is the figure most comparisons use. Delivery is added on top at €5.95, so a small order costs more than the headline suggests. If you are weighing Blumenshop against another shop, add both delivery charges before deciding, because the totals sit closer than the starting prices do.
Does Blumenshop offer same day delivery?+
Same day delivery is not offered, so an order placed today is prepared for a later delivery rather than handed over the same afternoon. Next day delivery is available, which suits birthdays, anniversaries and reminders as long as you order in advance. If you need flowers within hours, this is not the shop for it.
Flowers & Plants Co.
What does the first bouquet cost?+
Entry is £29.99, the lowest price on the flower collection. Delivery is charged on top at £5.95 to £6.95, so your real total is higher than the headline figure. Add both together to compare fairly with another seller.
What happens to the price at renewal?+
The entry price of £29.99 is the visible anchor and no separate introductory rate is listed. That means repeat orders are judged against the same figure. Subscriptions appear in bouquets, plants and subscriptions, so check the terms on that page for how regular deliveries are billed.
